CLEANING

Our housekeeping service is what truly sets us apart from our competition. Perfection and Quality are two key words used throughout our business and we go to great lengths to ensure that no detail is missed. Our staff are trained to have a “guest mind set” and perform diligently and efficiently to deliver a high quality and consistent clean each time.

Our capacity to deliver housekeeping services across several properties every day is managed centrally from our head office in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and from Kingscliff in the Northern Rivers region in NSW. We have a team of 20 professional housekeepers who have undergone several months of training and understand the complexities of short term rental properties. We have 5 vehicles on the road each day performing multiple changeovers, additional works such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning and of course assisting you with any queries and guest issues. 

To maintain our quality standards, we engage a Quality Control person to conduct an independent inspection of each clean. The QC completes a checklist and send this to the client, along with photos of the completed clean.

EXIT CLEAN.

The most common type of service is a check out clean also known as a departure/exit clean. This is service is between outgoing guests and new guests and includes a full clean of the property, change of linen and consumables in readiness for new guest. We can do same day check out cleans and will work with you to ensure your property is ready for the next guest. 

Additional charges not included in a check out clean

• Oven: If the oven has been used it will need to be cleaned and charged at an extra cost

• BBQ: If the bbq has been used it will need to be cleaned and charged at an extra cost

• Balcony/Court Yard/Exterior areas: If these areas are required to be cleaned we will notify your for approval.

NOTE: Additional service requires approval from your office before completion.

SETUP CLEAN - New Listing property.

This type of service is a deep clean of the property prior to going “live.” This is a full detailed clean which includes the scope of changeover clean but with greater attention to kitchen areas including inside of cupboards/drawers and oven clean, bathroom areas; heavy scrub of showers and inside of vanity, high dusting of cornices, door architraves, lights fittings and removal of all cobwebs and removal of scuff marks on walls. It may include windows and steam clean of carpets at additional costs.

The price of the Entry Clean is the standard changeover rate + 1hr + additional services if required (oven clean, bbq clean, window clean and steam clean of carpets).

 Note: this service is only required if the property is not up to a listing standard. If the property has been previously listed on Airbnb, stayz etc an entry clean may not be required.

LONG STAY CLEAN.

At times your guest may stay for extended periods. Our Long stay clean is designed to ensure you property is returned to the standard you expect. The Long stay clean is for any guest staying longer than 30 consecutive days in your property.

The price of the long stay clean is the standard changeover rate + 1 extra hour + additional services if required (oven clean, bbq clean, window clean and steam clean of carpets).

OWNER RETURN.

Host returning to property/cancellation of listing

This service is similar to changeover clean with a greater emphasis on detailing. This will ensure your property is returned to you in perfect condition ready for you to take possession. During this clean all linen will be removed and consumables removed from the property (unless directed to leave by the office)

The price of the owner return clean is the standard changeover rate + 1 extra hour + additional services if required (oven clean, bbq clean, window clean and steam clean of carpets).

DEEP CLEAN.

Periodical clean (monthly/quarterly/6monthly)

The deep clean is a periodical clean of additional services. It may only be the internal windows or steam clean of carpets or mattress clean or a combination of additional services.  A quote will be provided for each service required.
